DiCristino

DiCristino
Biography

DiCristino (aka Christian Scott) has been producing Electronic music for over two decades. He started to DJ house parties in the 80’s eventually leading up to the original storm raves in Brooklyn in the early 90’s. Thanks to his father, who was the head bouncer at the Paradise Garage and The Funhouse in NYC, he got into the music business.

DiCristino produced his first track on Omar Santana’s label back in 1995 and branched out to Cutting Records, Nervous Records, and Groovilicious (a sub label of Strictly Rhythm). In addition, he has also released tracks for Ultra, King Street and Kult. He has been dropping many tracks with some top 10 hits like his remix of “In My Mind” (Ospina Digital) and “Ur Something Special” (Openbar Music), as well as “Break All Night Long” (Fuego Recordings). His track “The Message” with Oscar P. back in 2012 was number one on Traxsource for 4 weeks.

After taking some time off to settle down and pursue his relationship with God, DiCristino is back, releasing his debut track “Savior” with Deeplife. We are thrilled to have such a seasoned DJ/Producer veteran to join the Deeplife family.

His current release “Walk Da Floor” is heavily supported by various Djs including the legendary Little Louie Vega, Lenny Fontana and Funky Junction. DiCristino’s Deeptech sound, hailing from his Bklyn roots is driven by his deep love for analog gear.
